Views are a powerful tool as they enable you to create multiple versions of a model without having to recreate building elements.
For example, you can have views that are specifically used for working on the model, while other views are annotated and used for construction documents. Different disciplines can have different views that show only the features they require, as different views that show only the features they require. Properties of a view are independent of the properties of other views.
The view display can be modified in the following locations:
- View Control Bar
- Properties
- Shortcut menu
- Visibility/Graphic Overrides dialog box
