I AM USING AUTO CAD 2014 VERSION. IN THIS, FILTER COMMEND IS NOT WORKING. PLEASE CLARIFY.

I am not sure what you mean by "clarify". I tested it in AutoCAD 2014 and both exists and functions properly. Be sure you type the command "filter" at the command line. If if still does not open, I would suggest you need to re-install the software.
