Need to renumber the views on your sheet in Autodesk Revit? Let the IMAGINiT Utilities Revit - Element Renumbering tool help make this as simple as picking the order you want.
Open a Sheet with the views you need renumbering and choose the Element Renumbering Tool on the IMAGINiT Utilities for Revit toolbar:
Change the type to Views on Sheet:
Adjust the renumbering option you wish to use (Renumber based on a picked order or insert a view and renumber the affected views, ex. place a detail in existing #5 location and adjust all numbering after 5 to match) and pick a selection method. Aboev we are going to renumber all the views on a Sheet by picking them in the desired order. Ie Pick 1, Pick 2, Pick 3, etc..
Then give a proposed numbering sequence. You now have the option to review and adjust the sequencing. When ready choose the "Renumber" button at the bottom of the dialog box.
This will renumber all of the views on your sheet in Revit to the desired order quickly and easily. This is really helpful when you have many details on a sheet and need to adjust or add a new view to an existing sheet.
