Interesting find, so many benefits, and you'd think that being in much the same industry, these collective group would have similar goals and work methods.

But just like everything else, it all comes down to communications. Understanding the benefits that an online collaboration toolset can have on their individual business process and acheivements would probably help them see the big picture.
