On the Surface in the plan view create a spot elevation every 25’. If you would like to follow an Alignment use either the Alignment stations or create a polyline with 25’ segments and then label at the vertices.
From the profile – Create a profile of your Surface. Then edit the Profile style to use the band at the bottom to look at the surface every 25’. By making each one a 25’ distance then the elevation would be picked up by this method.
The alternative would be to create Profile labels and manually place them every 25’. However I would think that your “from Profile” 1st option would be the easiest because they are already there.
