We noticed that you recently used email or a fax to request licensing assistance from us and would like to take this opportunity to provide you with advance notice of a simplified online experience we’ll be introducing over the next few months for customers like you, who need help registering or activating your Autodesk licenses.
1. Get Online Licensing Support
For those of you who need to get up and running quickly, you can find general information about Autodesk licensing as well as answers to the most common registration and activation questions on www.autodesk.com/support or by visiting our Installation and Licensing Forum.
2. Request Activation Assistance from Subscription Center
As a Subscription Customer, you can request licensing assistance at any time by logging a case directly from the Product License, Registration and Activation link in Subscription Center.
3. Use Our One-Step Activation Assistance Web Form
If you are not on Subscription, you will be able to request licensing assistance from our new Activation Assistance Web Form, which will prompt you for the information we need in one single step, rather than the several exchanges necessary with email requests. We’ll let you know as soon as it is available!
4. TAKE NOTE: Licensing-Related Email Aliases and Fax Numbers Will Be Retired
Our email aliases and fax numbers associated with licensing, registration and activation assistance will be retired at the end of the year. Again, we’ll let you know as soon as our new Activation Assistance Web Form is available.
