what about from 2013 to inventor 2014 we are getting a material stile error in 2014 and by using this same utility that you showed here is there also for 2014 but it doesnt say if it migrated or not ? how do I fix the rule without redoing ALL of them ?

The Save to Styles and Standard Editor will indicate if the style needs to be saved to the Style Library, it won't show if the file was migrate or not. But if a style shows up in the list, it was edited locally in the template or it's unique and can be saved to the style library.

If you get a material style error, first save any custom or edited materials that might be missing in 2014's material library files.
You can use the same Save Styles to Style Library dialog box and save materials to the Inventor Material Library or to a custom material library.
The Material libraries are assigned per Project under the Material Libraries and you can add a custom one where custom materials will be saved to.
