When Installing your Autodesk software you receive an error 1719 stating the following;
"Error 1719. The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance."
This error can actually mean several different things. Here are some steps that you can take to remedy this installation error:
Verify the OS and drivers are up to date
Verify the .net's installed are not corrupt
Make sure you have uninstalled and reinstalled correctly.
Verify the users permissions are correct as well as reviewing running the Autodesk products as a restricted user.
