The issue is within the family. In the 3d view, check your 'Annotation Categories' and make sure the 'Show annotation categories in the view' is not checked.
My export worked fine after tracking this down. BTW, this issue was in the consultants electrical link.

Charles is also correct...the issue can come from a link as well.
