If you are looking for a quick way to add placeholders sheets or rooms to your Revit project you can do so by using the IMAGINiT Revit Utilities Excel Link tool.
When you create your export file make sure that you include one of the following parameters:
- ElementId
- ClarityId
- Guid
After you export and the excel file opens you can insert the number of rows you need for placeholders and make sure that you enter the word "Create" in the id box
Save the file and import it back into Revit
You will see a dialog similar to the one below with the newly created placeholders
You can edit the remaining information in a schedule or in the Sheet or Room once they are placed.
