AutoCAD 2016 hotfix - publish performance and plotting

 Autodesk has published and posted a hotfix for the AutoCAD 2016 based programs.

This Hotfix applies to the shipping versions of the following Autodesk products on all supported languages. It can be applied both to products installed stand-alone, as well as to those installed from suites.

- Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture 2016
- Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016
- Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2016
- Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2016
- Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical 2016
- Autodesk AutoCAD MEP 2016
- Autodesk AutoCAD P&ID 2016
- Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D 2016
- Autodesk AutoCAD Utility Design 2016

The following issues are addressed by this Hotfix:
- A display issue with the design feed palette, Geographic Location dialog, Help window browser, and Start page for Windows 8.1 operating systems at high DPI settings;
- A performance issue with the Publish command;
- A plotting issue where text formatted right-to-left plots upside down.

Download the hotfix and double click it to install, note you should be logged in with administrator permissions first:
