Autodesk 360 is part of the default install with Autocad, but if you don't need or want it and it is already installed there are a some steps that you will need to go through to remove it.
Uninstalling Autodesk 360
From the Control Panel select Programs and Features
Locate Autocad and select Uninstall/Change
Once the dialog box opens select Add or Remove Features
Clear the checkmark out of Autodesk 360 for Autocad and then select Update
Finish
To Remove from AutoCAD
On the command line type in CUI and enter
In the dialog box, Right Click on Drafting & Documentation Workspace and select Customize Workspace
Select Ribbon Tabs and click the + to expand, Autodesk 360 and change Show to No
Select Apply and OK
This process update the ribbon and 360 should no longer be visible.
