Questions:
- If we purchase subscriptions for A360 Collaboration can it be easily transferred to different workstations as people transition on and off of projects?
- It is named login based, not computer.
- Does the cloud service generate a back-up of the project?
- Yes
- Are there restrictions on saving back-ups to our own server?
- No
- If we save the file off of the cloud as a back-up it would seem the consultant’s information would be saved within that file as well. Is that the correct assumption?
- Yes that is correct
- If we are working with consultants can we control the elements they can manipulate so they aren’t shifting walls on us or accidentally deleting items?
- Revit collaboration does not provide security at that level. They could do something like that by assigning the items to a workset that is checked out making them unavailable for editing.
