Collaboration for Revit Q&A

Questions:

1. If we purchase subscriptions for A360 Collaboration can it be easily transferred to different workstations as people transition on and off of projects?
   1. It is named login based, not computer.    
2. Does the cloud service generate a back-up of the project?
   1. Yes
3. Are there restrictions on saving back-ups to our own server?
   1. No
4. If we save the file off of the cloud as a back-up it would seem the consultant’s information would be saved within that file as well.  Is that the correct assumption?
   1. Yes that is correct
5. If we are working with consultants can we control the elements they can manipulate so they aren’t shifting walls on us or accidentally deleting items?
   1. Revit collaboration does not provide security at that level.  They could do something like that by assigning the items to a workset that is checked out making them unavailable for editing.
