Here is an oldie but a goodie. When you use the DYN Dynamic Input out of the box for inputting Coordinates. These Coordinates come in Relative rather than Absolute. People like myself like to Use Absolute and enter the @ for Relative as needed. So how can we turn this off?
How to set the DYN Input to Absolute
1.) Right click on the Statusbar on any snap Icon and select Object Snap Settings.

2.) Select the Dynamic Input Tab.
3.) In the upper left under Enable Pointer Input select the Settings Button.
4.) Under format select Absolute Coordinates.

5.) Select OK.
6.) Select OK to go back to the Screen and now you should be able to have DYN on and use the input as Absolute.
