While in Revit going to the Open dialog box and click on A360 from the side bar you do not see any projects. You also look at the A360 folder from a windows/File Explorer.
What you need to verify:
- Do you have more than one Autodesk login and password?
- Have you been invited to the project?
- Can you sign into A360.autodesk.com and see the project you were invited to?
- Have you been assigned a Collaboration for Revit seat?
- Has the seat been assigned to a hub?
- Are you in the correct version of Revit? If the project that you have been invited to was created in 2016 and you only have Revit 2017 installed you will not be able to see the 2016 project.
