Your Communicator for Autodesk Revit is not signing in. You have verified that you have:
The communicator for Autodesk Revit still looks as if you haven't purchased a license for Collaboration for Revit.
SOLUTION:
- Make sure you are assigned a seat of the Collaboration for Revit.
- Make sure the Collaboration for Revit contract is assigned to a hub.
- Make sure you do not have more than one Autodesk sign in and password.
- Make sure you do not have anything blocking the communication like antivirus, firewall or permissions. Autodesk permissions.
From within Control Panel:
- Set your User Account Control Setting (UAC) to never notify. Here is a link to how to turn off the UAC: Microsoft User Account Control Setting.
- Go to Internet Options > Security tab > and click on Trusted Sites. Click on the Sites button and add the Autodesk website fttps://www.autodesk.com. Try to open the software again.
- Go to Internet Options > Security tab > click on Internet and set this to medium.
- Go to Internet Options > click on the Privacy tab> uncheck "Turn on Pop-up Blocker"
- Go to the Connections tab > click on Lan Settings. There should not be anything checked in this dialog box.
