When launching A360 Desktop to either "Open the A360 Drive" or "Launch A360 web" you get an error message stating:
A360 Desktop - AdSync.exe
Failed to load configuration file 'C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Autodesk Sync/configurations.xml'. File exists, but corrupt.
You will need to do the following to resolve this error message:
- Install the latest version over top of the existing one from the Autodesk A360 Download page.
- If you can't install the latest version over the existing version then you will need to uninstall A360 Desktop from your computers Control Panel and install the latest version.
