After you have been properly added to a Collaboration for Revit project you try to open the file but keep getting a message that you are not a member of any A360 projects. This message is misleading as it is only referring to the version of Revit you have open. You could open Revit 2017 and get this message but open Revit 2016 and see projects. This is because Collaboration for Revit is version specific and will only show you projects for that particular version only.
Solution:
- Verify from your company's Autodesk Contract Manager that you have been assigned a seat of Collaboration for Revit.
- Verify from your Autodesk contract Manager that the Collaboration for Revit contract has been assigned to a hub correctly. Here is my step by step process on setting up a hub.
- Verify that you have been invited to the correct Revit versions project. Ask the Projects Admin to remove you from the project members and re-invite you.
- Sign into A360 and verify you can see the 2017 project. If you do not see it or do not know if it is in the list of projects verify the name of the project.
