Autodesk just released the Civil 3D 2018.2 update which has a number of design efficiency updates along with some fixes to a number of issues. You can either download the Civil 3D 2018.2 Update through the Autodesk Desktop App on your machine or under it can be downloaded under your Autodesk Account page
Below is a link to the ReadMe file for the update listing all the design efficiency updates and the issues addressed with this update. It is always good practice and recommended by Autodesk to read the ReadMe file before installing the update.
