If you need to set a specific page size for producing DWFs or PDFs in Vault using an automated process like the Job Processor in Vault or the IMAGINiT Utilities for Vault Client, here are details for setting that desired page size on the workstation where the Job Processor and Vault Client utilities are running.
-
When using AutoCAD 2018 with Vault Pro 2018, open the existing drawing TrueViewSetup.dwg from here:
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Vault Professional 2018\Explorer\TrueViewSetup.dwg
- Right click the layout tab to select 'Page Setup Manager', then select the existing Page setup 'AutoloaderLayoutSetup'.
- Click Modify and select the desired sheet size in AutoloaderLayoutSetup page setup and click OK, close and save the TrueViewSetup.dwg.
-
Note: If a custom plot style .ctb is used, make sure to add it to the Plot Styles folder here:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\DWG TrueView 2018 - English\R16\enu\Plotters\Plot Styles
Once saved, then test the automated operation to confirm the PDF or DWF has the correct sheet size that you selected.
