Do you know if there's a log when we receive a license time out.
We still get the problem sometime even if everything is Up to date.
We have a license server and using education licenses. I got some help from Autodesk but for them everything is fine.

Kevin, There may be a log located here: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\AdLM

However, I would be looking as to why. I would look and see if the AdskLicensingAgent.exe is stopped and/or if the Autodesk Single Sign in is updated to 11.0.0.1800 or been uninstalled.

With what you are describing, do you have any specific Antivirus installed that could also be interfering with the licensing process. Something is turning off or denying access to the licensing system folder (C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\AdskLicensingService) or the exe's running it are being force closed (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing)
