As National Support Center Support Specialist, Jeff is responsible for Civil and Geospatial Technical Support for both internal staff and customers. In addition to the daily activities of the support center, he helps write for the National Support Center blog, and has written online classes for the IMAGINiT Training on demand site.
I began my career as Designer in 1991 for Mid-States Engineering and worked on both GIS and Civil/Survey work. Then 1992 I went to work as a Commercial Ventilation Designer for Kirk and Blum Manufacturing. I then went to work as an Application expert for my 1st Autodesk Software dealer in 1993. Then in 1994 I went to work for my second software company Diversified graphics (renamed to DGS Technologies, then bought by MicroCAD, then renamed to Advanced Enterprise solutions). Then I went to work for Sterling systems in 2000 which was bought by Avatech Solutions. I was a Application Expert for all of the CAD companies until I was I became the GIS/Civil Support Specialist.
